Thailand is an amazing & beautiful country.

Our first pit stop was Bangkok which was hot, polluted & smelt like teriyaki chicken. Our safe haven was with the rest of the tourists along the crowded but entertaining koh San road. Where I am proud to say I had enough guts to try a local delicacy of fried cockroach.
Two days was plenty for Bangkok, and it was a relief to then fly to the sunny paradises of Krabi, Koh phi phi & koh lanta.

In Krabi we did elephant riding, kayaking & island hopped to see beautiful beaches with amazing sunsets. We then took a boat to Koh Phi Phi the party island, where we stayed in a shack & partied till 7am in the many beach parties. We also took a day tour to Maya beach which is on A small island just off Phi Phi where ‘The Beach’ was filmed.
Our next island was Koh Lanta which was the perfect hangover cure after the partying madness of Phi Phi. We stayed in a hut on the beach and sun bathed on a private beach & chilled out in the evening listening to Bob Marley whilst drinking Malibu & pineapple out of a bucket. A perfect way to end our short but jam packed mini tour of Thailand.

Its not long now!

Only 6 weeks until Christmas and here at Studio 86 we are already in overdrive. The yuletide period is always the busiest time of year for us, with many people wanting to give family, children, grandchildren or even pet portraits as the perfect xmas gift.

So if you are one of them don’t hang around too long, the studio is booking up fast and for us to guarantee your order is in time for Chrimbo you must have your order in to us by the end of November.

We will try our best to get all orders ready for Dec 23rd  but we can not guarantee this once we are into December.

We are closed this year on 24th 25th 26th and 31st December and also 1st 2nd of January.

We are also selling our fantastic gift packs at The Harlequin Centre between the 1st and the 8th of December which make a unique and stylish gift. They are like a gift experience and are valid for 12 months so they are very flexible for your recipient. If you can not make it to The Harlequin Centre you can buy them online at our website and they will be posted to you or to the friend or family member you are buying it for if you wish.

Terms and conditions

Your voucher entitles you to a one hour photo shoot and 2 x framed 10×8 inch portraits of your choice.

If you upgrade to a wall hanging portrait 16×12 inch image or larger you can have £150 off instead of the 2 x framed 10×8 inch portraits.

1 voucher per family or group only.

Groupon vouchers can NOT be used in conjunction with any other offer.

You MUST have your voucher with you on the day of your shoot to qualify.

Maximum family or group size 15 people.

Retouching is included  but special instructions must be stated at time of viewing.

Although we try our best to view your pictures on the day of your shoot, this is not always possible. If the viewing room is being used we will arrange a viewing appointment with you on the day.

Studio 86 retain copyright of all images.

Our studio is on the second floor so there are stairs and unfortunately no wheelchair access at this time.

Pets are welcome.
